These terms are an agreement between you and Daniel Robinson, doing business as Bleeplist ("we", "us"), for using Bleeplist Cleaner at clean.bleeplist.com. By signing in, you agree to them.
Bleeplist Cleaner helps you find and edit explicit words in an audio or video file you upload. It uses automatic speech recognition, which makes mistakes: it can miss words, mark words that aren't explicit, or cut in the wrong place. Check every result before you use it. We don't promise that any result is completely clean or fit for a particular use, such as broadcast or a school event.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and a parent or guardian must make any purchase. Bleeplist Cleaner isn't meant for children under 13.
Only upload files you own or have permission to edit. You are responsible for having those rights and for how you use the result. Using this tool does not give you any rights to a song, and a cleaned version doesn't make it legal to share, sell, or perform a song you don't have the rights to. Don't upload anything you got by breaking the law or another service's rules.
You keep whatever rights you have in your files. You let us store, process, and send them back to you only to provide this service.
Songs are deleted automatically 7 days after upload, so download what you want to keep. We aren't responsible for files lost after that or because of a technical failure.
Don't use Bleeplist Cleaner to break the law or anyone's rights, overload or attack the service, get around its limits (for example with many accounts), or copy or resell it. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that do, and remove their files.
If you believe a file on this service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent at hello@bleeplist.com with:
We remove material that a valid notice identifies, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your file was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If someone makes a claim against us because of a file you uploaded or how you used the service, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, email you before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
